Hello, my name is Bean. ^^ I'm a small town girl who now lives in the suburbs, and I L.O.V.E. taking photographs.
I also love drawing, though I still need lots of practice before I get anywhere near what I'd like to be. "Still lifes" are my favorite things to draw and take pictures of. There's just something about them that attracts me, I dunno.
I also love nature. Not many people stop to take a look at the sky or the trees, or even rocks or weeds. I'll go outside with my camera (if it's warm enough - I H.A.T.E. cold!) and take pictures in my backyard of pretty much everything, from the deck, to the rocks, to the fence, to the trees.
I can't think of anything else to say about myself at the moment, so I'll end it here.

Entry 18 - Ah, my love

Last Thursday, Mom went into the hospital for a kidney infection and kidney stones (yes, both). She'd waited two months because all of us (my family) despises hospitals in every way, shape, and form.
Well, anyway. Dad was running off and drinking, avoiding coming home while she was in the hospital. He let my sister do whatever she wanted (she was grounded, she was supposed to stay home), and I was trying to balance work, sleep, and food, as well as spend some time with Mom. Fun weekend, right? -__-
So I get off Sunday night and check my texts. My boyfriend had sent this:

As promised (many times before), I am finally uploading my art projects! I will include links either in this post or the next.
Well, I had to take mom to the hospital yesterday. She's got a bad kidney infection and refuses to go to the hospital until she can't walk (like everyone else in our family - we HATE hospitals), so I was 2 and a half hours late to work. :(
And I get to work from 5PM to 2AM tonight. Yay, overnight shifts! ;>_>

Entry 16 - Employed

Just in time for the end of my first quarter of college! ;3
I was at a job interview for a portrait studio 30 mins away from my house. I'd gotten there early - while I was waiting to be interviewed, a place I'd turned in my application at a month ago called me and asked me if I was still able to work.
Well... Portrait studio job was part-time and 30 minutes away.
Other job, gas station, is a full-time job and 2 minutes from my house.
I went with the gas station (though I would have TOTALLY gone with the portrait studio if it had been full time. *Sigh*
Well, anyway, I start this next Monday.
